Han-D-Man Pro started with a simple frustration: too many homeowners in Tampa Bay were getting burned by contractors who showed up late, left messes behind, or disappeared halfway through a job. We knew there was a better way to do this work. One built on showing up when we say we will, treating your home like it’s our own, and standing behind everything we build.

My father (Edwin) and I (Armando) started this company back in 2019, around the time of COVID. With over 20+ combined years of experience, there is clear proof why we stand out above the rest. Han-D-Man Pro is built on the H.I.T. philosophy: Honesty, Integrity & Trust. We didn’t want people to feel like just another customer, but like family.

Most of my background is in medical, sales, and customer service, while my father has a background mostly in construction, music, and screen printing. Having no idea that I had a passion for construction, he started to train me little by little, and I slowly began to fall in love with it. This inspired me to pursue getting the company licensed and becoming a General Contractor. Because the difference between a good contractor and a great one isn’t the tools in the truck, it’s how you treat people.

What began as one man and a pickup is now a father-and-son team that Tampa Bay homeowners trust. Working shoulder to shoulder has taught us something you can’t fake: real pride in the work.
